Tracey Carter

Tracey is a passionate, professional and resourceful development coach, mentor and performing artist that has excelled in the many fields in which she has worked over the years. She started singing at a young age and fell in love with the stage. Since then she has grown into an accomplished singer, songwriter, composer, director and producer. She has written and produced 5 studio albums, written the musical scores for various productions, one of which, "Get the Colour Right",  toured South Africa for 4 years. She has also been commissioned to compose songs for momentous occasions; one of which was a tribute song for the 2000 Olympic Team.

Her love for the stage is only surpassed by her passion to develop others in accessing the fullness of their creative potential. She has established a reputation for uniquely blending creative and administrative excellence which has produced artists worthy of the world stage. Tracey serves as the Creative Director for an organisation called Afri-Can working in the performing arts, education and youth development domains. Through their work over the past 20 years, she has sought to build bridges across these essential platforms to produce young people who understand their role as global citizens and active participants in building a successful nation and destiny.
