Past Projects

Over the years, Zakheni has run a number of Art and Drama Therapy programmes within the following contexts:

• Art and Dramatherapy Groups  for HIV positive adolescents attending a Perinatal HIV Research Unit

• Drama and Play Therapy with orphaned children living with HIV in  children’s homes, in the Western Cape and Gauteng.

• Dramatherapy Groups with Female Offenders

• Art Therapy Groups with deaf and hearing impaired learners.

• Arts Therapy groups for  children with emotional difficulties in educational settings.
